Function Management：
Responsible for daily coordination of electrical and mechanical maintenance operations and rectification of faults at the production facilities.
負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)電氣和機(jī)械日常維修工作，并整改生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的故障
Responsible for the shutdown of entire parts of the plant in order to carry out more extensive repairs or maintenance work (requires the involvement and approval of the Plant Manager).
負(fù)責(zé)制訂停機(jī)計(jì)劃，以便進(jìn)行更廣泛的維修或維護(hù)工作（需要工廠經(jīng)理的參與和批準(zhǔn)）。
Inspect completed work ensuring that repairs have been completed correctly and that production machinery and equipment conform to specifications and safety standards.
檢查已完成的工作，確保已正確完成維修，生產(chǎn)機(jī)械和設(shè)備符合規(guī)范和安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Deal with production malfunction and maintain the production steady，solve technical problem，rectify process parameters.
處理生產(chǎn)故障,維持生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定，解決技術(shù)問(wèn)題，修正工藝參數(shù)。
Control production cost、consumption and product quality.
控制生產(chǎn)成本、消耗和成品質(zhì)量。
Organize the daily morning meeting.
組織每天晨會(huì)。
Responsible for process spare parts and raw material planning and usage.
負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)備件原材料的申報(bào)計(jì)劃和使用。
Education 學(xué)歷要求：
Technical Vocational training in Chemical /Process/ Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent education. 化工/工藝/機(jī)械或電氣工程本科學(xué)歷（條件優(yōu)秀可以大專）
Experience工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：
5 to 6 years of experience in industrial production management.
至少5至6年工業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Up to 3 year of experience in people management.
至少3年以上人員管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Knowledge and skills (general, technical and soft skills)知識(shí)和技能：
Demonstrated leadership and operational management skills.
具備領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力和運(yùn)營(yíng)管理技能。
Thorough knowledge of the mechanical / electrical maintenance requirements and procedures for relevant machinery and equipment.
對(duì)相關(guān)機(jī)械和設(shè)備的機(jī)械/電氣維護(hù)要求和程序非常了解。
Familiar with EXCEL、WORD 、AutoCAD software
熟悉WORD、EXCEL、AutoCAD軟件
Good customer awareness

Familiar with 5S management and house keeping
