1. Understand the real-time development of the hiring department, timely communication with the hiring department, HRBP, etc., focus on the organization, talent needs, clear candidate search direction, and output high-match candidates for the hiring department.
1.了解用人部門實時發(fā)展情況，及時與用人部門、HRBP等做溝通，對焦組織、人才需求，明確人選尋訪方向，為用人部門輸出高匹配度人選；
2. Conduct initial screening of candidates for required positions through talent database and recruitment website, and arrange the interview process of hiring departments;
2. 通過人才數(shù)據(jù)庫、招聘網(wǎng)站對需求崗位的候選人進(jìn)行初期篩選，并安排用人幫忙部門面試流程；
3. Manage and maintain various recruitment channels, refresh and release positions in time;
3.管理和維護(hù)各種招聘渠道，及時進(jìn)行職位的刷新及發(fā)布；
4. Establish a talent pool and deeply develop online recruitment channels to meet the employment requirements of the departments in charge;
4.建立人才庫，深度開發(fā)線上、線下招聘渠道以滿足所負(fù)責(zé)部門的用人要求；
5. Assist in completing other recruitment activities according to the company's recruitment needs, and expand and manage recruitment channels according to needs.
5.根據(jù)公司的招聘需求協(xié)助完成其他招聘活動，并根據(jù)需求拓展和管理招聘渠道。
