WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE ? Good business understanding: understanding of key performance measurement used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach ? Good knowledge of Multichannel Network related IKEA processes, supply chain, warehousing operations and service business to an excellent customer fulfilment ? Good knowledge of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations on the markets ? Market and industry intelligence: applies market and industry knowledge to achieve organisational goals and objectives; understand market specifics when making decisions ? Change management and driving in the unknown/exploring ? Stakeholder management: knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders in a project, process or question to make things happen ? Financial competence and understanding of the financial impact on total network ? Knowledge of relevant IT solution landscapes associated with Customer Fulfilment YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ? Responsible for implementing and applying of globally developed tools, processes and ways of working on the market to enable the design, establishment and continuous development of an efficient, effective and end to end multichannel distribution network on the market in strong collaboration with the group function. ? Responsible for conducting fulfilment network design and create a roadmap for the market. ? Responsible for organising communication and reporting of progress towards all relevant stakeholders through all stages of the multichannel network development initiatives and taking needed actions. ? Contribute to the investment requests process for new multichannel network establishment projects through supporting the evaluation and verification of the logistics concept before final investment request. ? Responsible for the network planning and network design process involving stakeholders from the total customer fulfilment group on the market, global matrix and retail stakeholders. ? Responsible for creating synergies by enabling common ways of working within the different fulfilment network related projects and make efficient use of common resources within customer fulfilment on the market and globally. ? Responsible for keeping the total picture of multichannel network projects together and synchronised on the market including capturing ideas from within the company, securing that the development happens in collaboration between all related INGKA functions on the market. ? Responsible for securing that the multichannel network concept is built on higher efficiency, better quality and more ergonomic while having the totality of the multichannel network process in mind end to end. ? Responsible for the cooperation with key partners on within and outside of retail while contributing with both knowledge and resources to optimal operational and multichannel development, sourcing activities as well as to all matrices, global and market initiatives and competence networks. ? Responsible to support the Market Multichannel Network Specialist with collection, compiling and structuring information and data that is required by the IKEA approved optimisation and modelling system (Supply Chain Guru) ABOUT THIS WORK AREA In our team we take pride in seeing everyone around us grow and develop, and we encourage people to experiment, test, try - and sometimes fail.
