Job Purpose:
Assist CTL material planning team to track material shortage and data collection from material planner , help CTL material planning team to analysis the related data to optimize the process. Prepare the daily PID material shortage PPT and relative material checking demand from order and NSI product team.協(xié)助CTL物料團隊進行缺料跟蹤，并收集和整理來自于物料計劃員的缺料進展數(shù)據(jù)，幫助物料團隊進行數(shù)據(jù)分析以進行流程的優(yōu)化，并組織團隊反饋訂單組以及新產(chǎn)品項目對物料查料的訴求。
Job Duties:
Participate in the daily PID and familiar with material shortage. 參加每天的PID會議并跟進關(guān)鍵缺料進度。
Facilitate the feedback of material checking to relative team. 組織和推動相關(guān)的查料工作。
Participant in process improvement and process map update. 參與流程改進和流程圖的繪制。
Follow up OSD and Grief process from MP. 收集OSD和發(fā)票解決進展。
Analysis the data variance and follow up the actions to make the process improvement 分析數(shù)據(jù)差異同時跟進行動方案的實施以進行流程的優(yōu)化
Required Qualification:
? Basic English skill both in write and speak. 基礎(chǔ)的英文讀寫技能。
? Well communication and team work.良好的溝通和團隊協(xié)作。
? Excellence word, ppt, excel skill. 精通基礎(chǔ)辦公軟件操作。
? ? Down to earth working attitude. 腳踏實地的工作態(tài)度。
? Bachelor degree or above, preferably in supply chain relative subject. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
本科大三or大四，研究生在讀均可，需要能實習(xí)半年，每周至少三天，免費午餐，班車
