- Bachelor degree;
- PCBA quality background above 3 years
- Solid quality responsibility and consciousness
- Abundant PCBA failure analysis ability and experience;
- Good sense of responsibility and active response;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills;
- Fluent English and computer operation;
- Acknowledge of ISO9001requirement, ISO certification is preferred
- Familiar with unit machine, like Washer, Refrigerator, Air conditioner, or other home appliances.

-Handle customer complaint and follow up -Regularly visit customer and attend quality meeting with customer -Statistics and maintain for customer data -Lead on improvement for customer rejects
-Keep close contact with customer for quality issue treatment and quality improvement
-Establish good relationship with customer
-Lead team to enhance customer satisfaction
-Deeply involved in new project development, customer standard and requirement collection, test plan alignment, etc. (Design quality assurance)
-Internal audit and prepare for external audit also
-Close working with other quality function for supporting
-EMS factory quality surveillance (Plant quality management)
