Job Description:
*The role is to manage DES order placement, contract execution, reliability account and payment management, the incumbent will work with CAT order team, logistic team, accounting team and dealers.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Caterpillar DES (direct engine sales) business support, work with Key accounts to sign and execute the contract, including documents preparation, payment check and logistic/inventory management.
* Contract management, to ensure contract and PF (Project File) information are correct and related documents are included , make other team members to be easy to access.
*Project L/C opening advice and collection, including L/C discrepancy acceptance from customers.
