Reporting to Manager Sr., Integrated Systems Sales, the incumbent will take responsibility of day-to-day administrative and sales coordination work for sales team.

Representative Duties:

? Provide sales and administration support throughout the sales cycle

? Support sales for CSP Operation, including the leads inputs and update

? Work with sales and legal for Authorization letter for tendering

? Manage the demo unit inventory and provide stock record for Sales Team

? Assist marketing team to organize and co-ordinate seminars, workshops, and other marketing events

? Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

? Willing to learn, positive attitude and team player

? Strong computer skills, exceptional in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

? Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English

? Given 6 months internship
