Responsible for business development in the market, opening high-quality stores, and increasing local market share; 7. Fully control the operation and service status of each store, rationally allocate manpower, material resources and financial resources, and fully complete the task indicators and work plan; 8. Analyze the operation data of each store in the market, propose improvement plans and implement them; 9. Analyze and study industry market dynamics and participate in new product development; 10. Formulate the business skills training system and standards for employees, and be responsible for employee training and training. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above, science major is preferred; 2. Have good market analysis ability and business development ability, and clear working logic; 3. Keen market judgment, strong business opportunity capture ability and business negotiation ability; 4. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork skills, efficient learning ability and ability to guide others to work; 5. More than 10 years of operation and management experience in catering chain enterprises, more than 5 years of management experience in the same position。
