Description:
*
* Responsible for Electronic component procurement management ( EE Transfer
Project)
*
* Develop and execute procurement strategy and plans.
*
* Ensure supplier performance(SDPM/SOTD/Productivity etc)
*
*
Participate in cross-functional team in the selection of suppliers to support operation strategy.
*
* Work with internal teams to deal with highlight supplier issues, like
delivery, quality issues, etc.
*
* Evaluate suppliers' productivity, capacity, quality and technology plans.
*
*
Negotiate competitive commercial terms for material, fixed assets and service contracts.
*
* Develop and maintain systems to support procurement information needs.
*
* Support for VA/VE activities.
*
* Other transversal project assigned by Line manager.
*
Qualifications:
*
* 3year Procurement experience in SE or 3year experience in SE other
functions, Engineering/SCM background was preferred.
*
* Good communication capability, team work, open mind, activity and positive.
*
* Good PPT and Excel capability (reporting)
*
* Tableau/RPA is preferred.
*
*
