工作職責(zé)

- Identify business opportunities and problem areas to be addressed by market campaigns based on retail strategy
- Propose and develop retail project initiatives as a part of a holistic strategic business solution for retail pharmacies by collaborating internal and external partners
- Design product promotion activities based on central retail strategy and well integrate market resources
- Cooperate with regional teams to customize market campaigns for local demands
- Drive the implementation and ensure the cost responsibility of market campaigns
- Monitor the execution of market campaigns to ensure the anticipated promotion activities are performed
- Analyze the result of market campaign for continuous optimization of business solutions
- Ensures all led market campaigns are carried out in the manner of compliance and aligned with Bayer LIFE

任職要求
?
- 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry with Sales or Marketing experience preferably in an MNC
- Proven track record of delivering creative solutions to overcome obstacles and enhance profitability
- Proven track record of project management and structural thinking ability, especially engaging internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills effective in both verbal and written communications
- Ability to network with and influence senior level management both internally and externally to build strong relationships and achieve alignment and execution.
- Team player with strong sense of customer service
