Job Responsibilities:Mainly responsible for the administrative affairs of the factory, * Cost control in ADM: control the cost strictly and ensure all the expenditure is reasonable. * Responsible for all customers’ visit. * Provide the administration service and cleanly / safe / healthy working environment. * Organize meeting and events.EHS related job: * Carry out proper EHS laws and regulations, in charge of facility’s EHS, including safety of fire system; 貫徹執(zhí)行適用的EHS法律、法規(guī)，負(fù)責(zé)工廠的EHS包括消防安全的日常工作； * Report to supervisor and GM the progress of EHS, and make plant operate legally.定期向總經(jīng)理匯報(bào)EHS工作的開展情況，使工廠的運(yùn)行合法； * Participate in making annual EHS plan, and track it. 參與制訂工廠的年度EHS計(jì)劃，并跟蹤其完成情況； * Organize t o establish and perfect the documents for EHS regulations, monitor its’ progress. 組織制定和完善工廠EHS規(guī)章制度等相關(guān)文件，并監(jiān)督檢查其執(zhí)行情況； * In charge of fair EHS education for new hire employee, check and push on-job EHS education for workshop. 負(fù)責(zé)新入職員工的入職EHS教育，并檢查督促車間、班組做好在職EHS教育；Maintain DCC system * To monitor all external documents and control all local documents. * DCC numbers documents, distributes controlled documents, maintains the latest copies of documents, and keeps the master list. * To control, file, identify, issue and validate documents and records.Qualifications: * Bachelors degree and above * 2-3 years experiences in admin or EHS management.
