RISST Industry Rep. for China Mining Overseas Projects* To be a sales liaison among dealers, customers and other Caterpillar personnel focus on the overseas mining projects which means that major Chinese SOE and large private customers either invest or operate in the overseas mine sites outside of China mainly in Africa, Latin America and CIS territories including the key roles in the following:? Understanding the China mining overseas investment tendency to catch up the opportunities? Working with both China and respective overseas dealers for the deal strategy on following up the active opportunities including regular visit, sales seminar and marketing intelligence analysis, etc.? Coordinating with Caterpillar internal respective functions in terms of commercial support and value selling solutions? Able to take the challenges of the projects’ complicatedness, long time following up with many unexpected changesRequired Qualifications:* Strong communication skill for both dealers and key accounts* Strong language skills in English* 10 years or plus prior experience in field assignments in China or overseas market working with customers and dealers* Demonstrated ability to work independently and on larger scale, more complex assignments. * Must be willing to travel extensively (50-75%) and work over time because of time difference in the world* Overseas working experience especially in Africa, Latin America or CIS will be a plusDesired Qualifications:* Knowledge of Caterpillar products, policies, and procedures 職能類(lèi)別：銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理
