西南交通大學(xué)創(chuàng)建于1896年，前身為山海關(guān)北洋鐵路官學(xué)堂（imperial chinese railway college)，是中國第一所工程高等學(xué)府，中國土木工程、交通工程、礦冶工程高等教育的發(fā)祥地，“交通大學(xué)”最早兩大源頭之一，以“唐山交大”“唐院”之名享譽(yù)中外。學(xué)校是教育部直屬全國重點(diǎn)大學(xué)，國家首批“雙一流”“211工程”“特色985工程”“2011計劃”重點(diǎn)建設(shè)并設(shè)有研究生院的研究型大學(xué)。為加快推進(jìn)學(xué)校“雙一流”建設(shè)，部分管理崗位現(xiàn)面向海內(nèi)外進(jìn)行公開招聘。公告如下：

一、招聘崗位及職數(shù)

1.設(shè)計藝術(shù)學(xué)院副院長1-2名

二、應(yīng)聘資格

1.在相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)影響和較高的知名度。具有博士學(xué)位、正高級專業(yè)技術(shù)職稱（或國外著名高校進(jìn)入終身系列的副教授）；

2.具有寬廣的學(xué)術(shù)視野；

3.有較豐富的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和較好的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力；

4.具有良好的個人品質(zhì)、職業(yè)道德、創(chuàng)新意識和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神；

5.具有正常履行職責(zé)的身體條件；

6.年齡一般不超過45周歲，特別優(yōu)秀者可適當(dāng)放寬；

7.同等情況下具有相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)組織工作經(jīng)歷、海外工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先考慮；

8.校內(nèi)應(yīng)聘人員須符合《西南交通大學(xué)中層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部選拔任用工作規(guī)定》中擔(dān)任中層副職職務(wù)的基本條件及任職資格，現(xiàn)職副處級干部不受第1條限制。

三、聘期

首聘期四年，聘期結(jié)束后，視工作業(yè)績決定是否續(xù)聘。

四、待遇

1.提供與受聘者學(xué)術(shù)業(yè)績、崗位職責(zé)相對應(yīng)的待遇。

2.高層次人才按照西南交通大學(xué)高層次人才引進(jìn)條件提供相應(yīng)待遇。

五、聘任程序

3.進(jìn)行公開答辯和考察（時間、地點(diǎn)另行通知）。

4.學(xué)校研究確定人選并公示。

founded in 1896, southwest jiaotong university (swjtu), also known as the imperial chinese railway college, tangshan jiaotong university and tangshan railway institute, is the first institution of higher engineering education in china. it is a key university directly under the administration of the ministry of education (moe) of the people’s republic of china. a research-oriented university, swjtu is listed in the state-level group of the “double first-class” universities, the “211 project universities” and the “985 project innovation platform on rail transit & transportation”. to further promote the double first-class initiative, swjtu now is inviting applications from domestic and overseas talents to fill the dean vacancies of the following position.

i. available positions

associate deans of school of design (1-2)

ii. qualifications

(1) applicants should have important academic influence and high visibility in related discipline fields. have a doctorate, a senior professional technical title (or a tenured associate professor of a famous foreign university);

(2) having a broad academic vision;

(3) having rich managerial experience and good organization and coordination ability;

(4) good personal qualities, professional ethics, innovation awareness and team spirit;

(5) good health conditions for performance of duties;

(6) candidates under the age of 45 are preferred, and those who are especially excellent may be relaxed;

(7) those with work experience in relevant academic organizations and overseas work experience are preferred;

(8) applicants working at swjtu must meet the basic conditions and qualifications of the middle-level positions in the "regulations on the selection and appointment of middle-level leading cadres of southwest jiaotong university". the current cadres of the middle-level positions are not subject to the article 1.

iii. term of employment

the first employment term is 4 years. the renewal of position will be determined by the work performances.

iv. benefits

2. benefits for high-level talents will be provided in accordance with the conditions for the recruitment of high-level talents of swjtu.
