上海交通大學醫(yī)學院附屬第九人民醫(yī)院創(chuàng)建于1920年，是一所學科特色鮮明、具備一定臨床科技創(chuàng)新核心競爭力、國內(nèi)知名的三級甲等綜合性醫(yī)院。總占地面積124畝，總建筑面積24.2萬平方米?？偤硕ù参粩?shù)2150張，口腔綜合椅位1000張。醫(yī)院擁有5位中國工程院院士。
九院整復外科是我國整形和修復重建外科的發(fā)源地之一，是國家重點學科和衛(wèi)生部重點?？?。學科是全球臨床診療規(guī)模最大的中心之一，在多個疾病上擁有全球最大的隊列、生物樣本庫和完善的研究平臺，是我國主要的整形外科醫(yī)、教、研中心之一?，F(xiàn)因工作需要，根據(jù)《上海市事業(yè)單位公開招聘人員暫行辦法》【滬人社專發(fā)（2019）15號】，按照公開、平等、競爭、擇優(yōu)的原則，面向社會公開招聘實驗室課題組長及輔助人員若干。
一、實驗室課題組長
（一）應聘要求
1、年齡45周歲以下；
2、具有研究生學歷，博士學位，高級職稱或海外著名大學/科研機構連續(xù)36個月以上從事研究工作的人員；
3、研究領域為：分子與細胞生物學、干細胞與再生醫(yī)學、腫瘤學、精準醫(yī)學、生物材料、數(shù)字/生物醫(yī)學工程等相關專業(yè)；
4、以第一或通訊作者發(fā)表有影響力的論文（nature index期刊論文）；
5、身心健康，治學嚴謹，具有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和團隊精神。
（二）崗位職責
1、在學術研究工作上有前瞻性、創(chuàng)新性和戰(zhàn)略性眼光，學術思想先進，能提出具有可行性的中長期科研規(guī)劃，能夠在基礎和應用領域科研做出重大成績；
2、指導和參與本科室研究生的培養(yǎng)；
3、協(xié)助科室及實驗室負責人，指導和參與所在學科和實驗室的建設和發(fā)展。
（三）崗位待遇
1、提供國際一流的實驗設施并協(xié)助組建研究團隊；
2、提供一次性科研啟動經(jīng)費和安家費，具體面議；
3、年薪面議，學術業(yè)績突出或已取得較高學術地位者各項待遇從優(yōu)。
二、實驗室技術員
（一）應聘要求
1、年齡一般35周歲以下；
2、細胞生物學、生物化學、分子生物學、生物醫(yī)學工程等專業(yè)碩士及以上；熟悉分子生物學與細胞生物學技術；
3、具有良好的團隊精神，認真負責，熱愛科研；
4、工作認真負責，善于溝通，有良好的團隊合作精神。
（二）崗位職責
1、負責協(xié)助實驗室負責人完成平臺的管理和運行維護；
2、負責實驗室物資維護管理，實驗儀器管理；
3、為科研團隊提供技術支持等工作；
4、領導交辦的其他任務。
（三）崗位待遇
按醫(yī)院人事制度規(guī)定享受相應的工資、福利等相關待遇。

department laboratories are expected to perform world leading original
studies in the following fields: 1.regenerative medicine, including stem cell biology, developmental biology, and regenerative biomedical engineering. 2.tumor biology, including melanoma, squamous cell and basal cell carcinoma; hemangioma, neurofibromatosis or other benign tumors. 3.congenital anomalies, including vascular or lymphatic malformation, craniofacial, urogenital malformation, hand deformity, adipose and hair abnormalities. the candidates are expected to closely collaborate with clinical faculties and staff to make fundamental breakthroughs in basic and translational research. |
| eligibility: | 1.age: under
45 years old (born after january 1, 1976). 2.candidates with post-doctorate experience,have been engaged in research work for more than 36 consecutive months in world-class universities or research institutions (equivalent to the requirements for applying young outstanding national talent plan) are preferred. 3.preferred research background: molecular and cell biology, stem cell and regenerative medicine, oncology, precision medicine, biomaterials, digital/biomedical engineering, developmental biology, etc. 4.published impactful research articles on nature index journals as the first or corresponding author. 5.the candidates are supposed to be physically and mentally healthy with good communication skills. |
